PP Wave Board Extrusion Machine
Introduction:
Corrugated board is a good choice to establish an outside house or set up a simple shelter from rain. In our product series, SK-PP105 Corrugated Board Production Line is developed for such application with single screw extruder to achieve steady running status. SK-PP105 Corrugated Board Production Line can be used to produce all kinds of corrugated boards with PP raw materials in different colors and thickness.
Machine List:
1) Screw with special mixing and plasticization function;
2) Coat hanger type die with two throttle design enable to regulate the sheet thickness accurately;
Horizontal, vertical or 45° Incline type three rollers calenders may be lifted freely;
Sheet thickness shall be regulated by screw and pressing roller;
3) Separate roller temperature control system to control the temperature of pressing roller to gain even sheet thickness;
4) Exact slicing machine, board length and quantity;
5) Winder with big torque motor, and its speed and tension force adjustable;
6) Automatic metering to set the length of product

TRADE TERMS
- Payment Term: 30% for prepayment by T/T, 70% for balanced payment by T/T, or L/C can be acceptable

MACHINERUNNING TEST AND AFTER SERVICE
- When machine finished, we will invited client come to our factory to check the machine and do the machine test. If machine is ok, then client pay for the balance. And inspect machine load the container.
- When machine arrives client's factory, if client needs, we will send 1-2 engineer to client's factory do the machine installation and running test, and also train the local worker how to operate and maintain the machine. It is chargeable.
