The host and traction device, by adoption of brand-name variable speed controller, can realize stepless speed adjustment in the whole line. Precise temperature control is also ensured.
3.Vacuum calibration is outfitted with water recirculated seal energy-saving vacuum system and centralized water supply and quick-change connector, easy and convenient to quickly change formizing molds of different forms.
4.The crawler tractor is used to guarantee the stability and size holding during profile extrusion.
5.Automatic laminator ensures the surface finish of finished products.
6.The cutting device, of the synchronous tracking structure, guarantees the product sections smooth and non-chipping.

The machine can produce PE, PP or PVC and wood profile products. These products are mainly applied for making pallets, packing cases, floors, wall decoration materials and other wide applications.
