Q: When will your furnace ready for delivery after our prepayment?
Re: Normally within 15 days.

Re: Normally 30% prepayment, 70% before shipment by T/T. L/C and other terms are also available.

Re: Yes. The laminated glass with super clear EVA have can be used for outdoor building.
Q: How to operate the furnace? Is it complicated?
Re: Our furnace is very easy to operate. The furnace will work automatically after you set the parameters through the touch screen. We send you operating manual with the furnace, we also have video for operation for your reference.
